Giveaway Rules and Official Terms

Prize: One winner will receive one Ski-Doo jacket of their choice and preferred size, selected from ski-doo-shop.brp.com, with a maximum retail value of $400 USD.

The selected jacket must have a retail value of $400 USD or less. The prize may not be applied toward a higher-priced item, upgrades, substitutions, or cash equivalents.

Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Reside in Canada or the United States
• Are not employees or immediate family members of Specialty Bolt & Screw, Inc.
• This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter: Participants may enter by submitting their guess for the number of fasteners in the designated jar, physically located at the Specialty Bolt tent at the Ski-Doo Grand Prix event and posted on our official social accounts, through the official entry form available:

• Via QR code at the event
• Through designated Specialty Bolt & Screw social media posts

Only one entry per person is permitted. If multiple entries are received across platforms, only the first submission will be considered. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win.

Entry Period: The giveaway begins on February 13, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Sunday, February 15, 2026. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.

Winner Selection: The winner will be the individual whose guess is closest to the actual number of fasteners in the jar. If more than one eligible entry is equally close, the winner will be the person whose submission was received first.

Winner Notification: The winner will be announced on February 25, 2026 via:

• The Specialty Bolt & Screw website
• Official Specialty Bolt & Screw social media channels
• Email notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules
• Allow Specialty Bolt & Screw, Inc. to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to this giveaway, without additional compensation, where permitted by law
• Specialty Bolt & Screw reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted in violation of these rules.
