Kan Ban

There are many forms of inventory control process referred to as Kan-Ban, such as:

• The use of cards as a replenishment trigger
• The use of open vs. sealed packaging
• The use of a visual replenishment method based on the number of containers at a specified site.

Our client would provide a forecast to Specialty Bolt and Screw, which allows us, to set-up a Kan-Ban operation.

We, in turn, manage the client's needs on the same level as a planner.
